Not a good place to work. They advertise but would take on and manager telling staff to go on trust pilot and give them 5🌟 bizzar
Have work in different care homes for both mental health and learning disability. Carmand ltd have a very well structured plan for their services users, and the growth plan of their staff both in providing them with professional growth. The manager have the best interest of staff at heart. Carmand ltd is the best care home I will recommend for any love one.
