I requested a quote for a multi media interface to be fitted to my Audi A1, I emailed the unit that I wanted installed so they had the full details. Stephen emailed me back with a price which I was happy with. A few weeks later, I called to arrange the fitting, again I spoke to Steven and we arranged for the car to be dropped off, he asked me to forward the last email which had all the details again, which I did.
