I am a triathlete and completed multiple Ironmans, qualified twice for the 70.3 Ironman World Championships and represent GB in my age group. I see Carly for injury management, pre race maintenance and post race recovery. I have found her to be exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me recover from all the injuries and niggles I have had and got me on the start lines. I highly recommend Carly to all my athlete friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering seeing her.

I went to Carly, with shoulder pain and lower back discomfort. I can honestly say that my time spent there was best remedial massage I have ever had. Carly is extremely knowledgeable and happy to show reasons why I had aches and pains. After an hour massage and a couple of take away exercises. I feel very refreshed and relaxed. Looking to make this a regular visit as it has helped so much
I went to see Carly for a ongoing lower back problem , The time I spent there was so worth it, Working on my hips, lower back , It’s felt so good after, Carly’s knowledge is incredible, For anyone worth body problems, tightness, stiffness,etc I can’t recommend her enough, A very pleasant lady , Thank you Carly
