They won’t work on your vehicles after you buy it and mine is still under Warrantee there service department is the worst!! Mine is a 2018 escape bought it brand new!! I have made 5 trips and still the same!! And the tech came out and seen it and said bring it back next Wednesday!!! Really he told me to bring it today now he wants me to bring it next Wednesday!!! They didn’t clean the car out my son purchased, took it back and it still didn’t get cleaned and they mailed his paperwork to the wrong state! I have called them all day to talk to a manger and no response! Will never do business with this company again.
UPDATE: The service manager called me to apologize. I appreciate his apology and will give them another chance should the need arise. Carlsbad Ford Service SUCKS! I had an APPOINTMENT this morning. Called ahead to confirm. Told them when I made the appointment that I had to wait with the truck because I had no other transportation.
