my truck was broken into. i went by 1 time to get tools out of it and it was unlocked. i told the service tech make sure its locked. when i picked it up i found nearly a thousand dollars worth of stuff gone. management told me they know they had a problem and Thomas the service manager would contact. he left 1 voice-mail to my probably 15 calls. that was 2 months ago. they charge a premium rate and give below acceptable service

We had such a great experience! The staff was exceptional at making us feel comfortable, which I feel like is a must know with everything going on. They kept a safe distance, making us feel that much better, and made sure to keep their mobile office cleaned. (Saw all their sanitizing supplies) Definitely recommend a thousand times. The customer service and the quick service! My daughter and I were driving from AL to CA to bring her home from University of AL during the corona virus crisis and outside of Odessa, we blew a tire on the worst two lane road I've ever been on. Limped it into Carlsbad on the doughnut spare and Carlsbad Ford was SO kind and SO quick and just all around nice people. The had us out of town in 2.5 hours after replacing the tire, rotated and rebalanced everything. I cannot recommend them enough.
