I want to thank Carlsbad Ford for helping my wife and I get into our dream car. The service was phenomenal. We went to two other dealerships before these guys and was treated sub-par and less than. The guys and gals over there really made us feel important. By getting us into a 2016 GMC Denali and this thing is bad to bone nice. Thanks Alejandro and Romero for helping us out you guys are awesome.
stay away from the service department, unless you want some inexperienced mechanic revving up your engine like a toy. Very disrespectful to customers vehicles.
Service department overcharged me to plug a sensor in, Thomas was very rude on the phone.

quik lane is just that. fast and out on my way in no time. altho its better to schedule your appointment first, but they welcome walkins👍🏼
A problem occurred and Mike Nickles the service manager contacted me right away and made up for everything. We are so glad we have a dealership here that cares about the costumers and makes up for any problem that happens! Thank you Mike for being so kind to us! Carlsbad Ford will definitely have our service from now on!!
