I love my 2018 Ruby Red Ford Escape! Love the hatchback, comfortable seat backs, in dash cell phone, raised level - making getting in and out much easier. It's also much quicker to load and unload the hatchback. Haven Johnson was a great salesman. EVERYBODY at Carlsbad Ford Lincoln goes out of their way to assist in your car purchasing venture. Highly recommend you check them out when purchasing a vehicle!!!

Good service and snd fairly quick.
On a road trip from Texas stopped to get an oil change which was a little overdue. Great service and the service manager offered me a special that included a tire rotation at an excellent price. Work was done quickly and professionaly. Technician even found a small antifreeze leak that I was unaware of but could wait until I got home to repair. Nice folks and good service !!
