I bought a new Ford Explorer which now has 23,000 miles. The touch screen froze which means I have no radio, Sirius, navigation and more. A new screen was ordered 3 weeks ago and is still on back order. I contacted ford customer service by Internet form and by phone with my order number. Both times I was told they could not help me. Today I found out that there is a class action lawsuit against Ford for their faulty touch screens. Be Careful if purchasing a Ford. Do your research.
After 3 long hours of waiting we get told they need $20,000 down payment on a SUV that books for $25,000 or $10,000 down on a $13,000 car. Nothing there but campaign promises and rasict ripoffs. Your hard earned money is best spent out of town! Got the same SUV (2014 Ford Explorer) in Lubbock, Tx for half the sticker price, less miles $500 down and $385 a month... Krumland Auto Group is a joke

This people are fucking rip offs . First time dealing with them AND THE LAST TIME . UGGGGG
Very strange way of selling autos .said they could get the car you want but never follow up with a call or anything .Also when I was trying too deal with them they kept changing sales people but never bother too say this is m__ he will help you now . I am really glad they are doing so well they do not need to sell a lincolm to me
