Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would .Not caring at all for his patients; He wanted to put me in Acutane right away after he gave me a treatment that I couldn't use because it gave me a reaction.I have mild more like hormonal acne with rosecea on my cheeks and he took the easy way right away.My physician and gynecologist adviced me not do follow his treatment.Ah and his consults both times were rush , no bedside manner .Sorry I would never go back
I don't know if this doctor knows how bad his staff are handling the phones. Yesterday I spent all morning trying to call to make An appointment. When I dialed 2 per instructions I would get disconnected. Once I got an answer and was told to hold and I held forever and no one ever came back to the phone so I hung up. Then I tried dialing 3 and the lady transferred me but no one answered. Bottom line I could not make an appointment as hard as I tried. It was very frustrating.
