Excellent customer service!! Brought a ix35 from here a few months ago and was very impressed with the Matt and the team. Didn’t feel pressured in to buy the car, was very professional and just gave off really good vibes. Did have a couple of issues with the car after purchasing but Matt and the team quickly and happily sorted them for me. Very pleased with whole service. Highly recommend.

Mohammad and Matt were both helpful and attentive throughout our car purchase. Small issue with the fuel gauge which they couldn't have known about was fixed as soon as we raised it, and they even came round to collect the car to take it to the garage. Reliable dealership and no pushy sales tactics. Would buy from them again!
Stay away from Carline! I bought a VW Beetle from them in October 2024, and it had major faults from the start. Gearbox issues, electrical faults, and an MOT certificate that was never provided. They didn’t fix anything properly, and the car eventually broke down due to the same issues. I was forced to sell it back to them at a huge loss. Terrible experience!
