We were looking to have some of our flooring replaced throughout the down stairs of our home and were looking for a local company. Avoid using them they are a cowboy outfit. I had the whole of my downstairs fitted with vinyl flooring and have lots of problems with it and they have put it down to my dogs ruining it. The kitchen has a circular hole where the top layer of vinyl has bubbled up and separated from the bottom. And there are several places in all the rooms where they have not hoovered the room properly before putting the vinyl down and stones have pierced through the floor. We’ve used Carleton Lord extensively for our home (every room) over the past 4 years and they’ve also carpeted three of my offices. Work is always carried out to an incredibly high standard and from initial measure through to fit, it’s clear that our custom is valued. It’s great to support a local family business where customer service is still very much top of the agenda.
