The house was great alongside nick and his team, everyone was so friendly and any time we needed anything they were quick to help us, would definitely recommend
I had a fantastic experience staing at Carlain student house at Cheltenham. Everyone is incredibly helpful and always go extra mile to assist any queries or issues. Wether it's maintainance request or general queries they're always friendly and quick to respond. The accommodation itself is well-maintained, with clean communal areas and great facilities. Overall, I highly recommend Carlain Student houses- it's a great place to live with a supportive and welcoming atmosphere!
Steve was a great landlord for a great house. Dealt with any issues we had and would definitely reccommend Carlain for anybody looking for properties in Cheltenham.
I spent three years in 2 different houses with them and it was a great experience. They responded quickly if we had issues in the house and fixed them. While in Oxford Nick Laing was our landlord and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with him. He is very nice, patient and understanding. Would highly recommend!
I would recommend Carlain Student Houses! The house is lovely and in a great location! The landlord is super friendly and helpful! They have a great and easy to navigate online system for signing contracts and reporting issues with the house. Great communication also!
