Carl replaced our boiler and completed a full removal and installation, including a new nest thermostat. Carl was brilliant - a clear quote with contingency and potential issues outlined and priced ahead of starting, he turned up on time and completed all the work exactly when and how he said he would. Apart from a perfectly installed new boiler, tidy pipework and additional space in the airing cupboard, he left no trace of the work and not a spec of dust!
Carl recently installed an outside tap and replaced several sink wastes. He arrived on time, carried out the work efficiently and left the place tidy. All good, cheers Carl!
