Ripped my lower back (an old wound, never fixed) and agony ensued until I called and asked for help. Once I explained I was booked appointment 2 days later. After the treatment I could walk properly and had a nice ache where the pain used to be . I was given a specific exercise routine to do and followed it. Adjustments 1 week later and pain virtually gone. Throughly recommend to anyone who needs help and quite reasonable too.

I have always been apprehensive of seeing a chiropractor but Claire put me at ease straight away and the treatment didn’t hurt one bit. The pain in my back has eased tremendously. I can't rate my experience at Cariad Chiropractic highly enough. Claire is superb! Empathetic, thorough and considerate of individual needs and limitations.
