TLDR: Sold me a car without a service history, with a trashed undercarriage, on which the battery came unplugged at 70mph on the motorway. Tried to resolve it amicably they refused. Absolutely awful experience with car gem. Rang asking to view two minis, asked them to charge in advance (they didn’t), only one available when I turned up to my appt.
