Audi TT CF07 FUN After sales suck! After a month with the car, we asked for help with a few issues with the car. Nothing major (hopefully) but enough for Cargem to assist with. Illegal Practices - AVOID - SCAM Visited the dealership in London today, really liked a car and went to pay in full with the sales assistant and the manager told us as sale that we had to buy a 'Mandatory Warranty' of a minimum of £125, apparently this came in 6months ago but they haven't updated the website. TLDR: Sold me a car without a service history, with a trashed undercarriage, on which the battery came unplugged at 70mph on the motorway. Tried to resolve it amicably they refused. Absolutely awful experience with car gem. Rang asking to view two minis, asked them to charge in advance (they didn’t), only one available when I turned up to my appt. Told a lot of guff by the sales person, and told the second mini was the same spec (it wasn’t) and would be ready next week. Told to pay a deposit or risk losing the car. Arrive... read more
