I am absolutely impressed with, and thankful for, the service CarePatrol provided for my sister and I. Tammy was our CarePatrol advocate for finding an assisted living facility in Sheboygan. She set up meetings and appointments and provided information on various facilities, attended these meetings and gave great advice on how to choose one. She did all this within 2 days. Erin was an integral part of finding my mom an assisted living facility that met all of her needs. She organized tours, did all the research for me and even went with me. Erin is professional and knowledgeable about all the resources in Washington Co. for seniors. She was able to answer every question I had and lowered my anxiety level the moment I met her. Erin has been such a wonderful resource and was a great help and so supportive throughout a very long difficult period of finding appropriate placement for both parents with differing needs.
