I've been in the waiting room for over an hour and a half for a drug screen that should take 5 minutes. Anytime I ask about the wait I get a rude and non-informative reply. An hour and a half wait just to pee in a cup, no doctor visit or anything. This is ridiculous.
They got my daughter in immediately and was a pleasant visit! They had excellent customer service and handle my sick baby with care.
Front desk needs to be courteous and friendly.. Nurses and Physician are nice. The waiting time is too long even you are web checkin still takes at least 45 minutes .
The doctor and nurse were nice but the girl at the front desk was rude. Acted like you were not there. I will not go back there again if I can help it.
I really like the doctor that helped me, she gave me a lot of information. I just wish the people in the front desk for more informed they were trying to charge my employer for workman's comp and I kept trying to clarify that it's nothing to do with workman's comp I have back pain in sinus hello?!
