Received excellent care, respect and treatment. Dr. Shannon Marrero really listens to you about your concerns, your knowledge about your body, and treats the whole person, not just the symptoms. Wish she was in private practice because she would be my PCP. Staff and assistants are great too!
Had to wait 2 am a half hour to piss in a cup need better staffing
Didn’t have a bad experience yesterday, until today when I’ve been calling all day and just get a busy signal. Can’t get anyone to answer!!
This was by far the best experience I've ever had in an urgent care facility. The nurse (Ashley I think) and Dr. Sisk were so friendly, and the nurse that took my blood was also friendly and amazing at her job! I barely even felt the needle, and I hate needles.Thank you for such a good experience!
