Recommendedvery nice people. a long wait today but there was only 1 doctor there. so everything considered it was great! not the fact I have flu but the service was good.

Was ill and went to CareNow was a 3 hour wait. I left and went to the ER off Centerville and was in and out in 45 minutes. I don't not understand why it takes them so long. There was another lady there who had been waiting since 4 p.m. I got there at 7.
I am a frequent visitor of Care Now. And I have never been treated so horribly. I came here with symptoms of a sinus infection. I also have a compromised immune system because of medication for an auto immune disease. I tried to explain to the Dr, Dr. Fulton. He completely blew me off and treated me like I was a drug seeker. All he wanted to do was give me tamiflu without a positive flu test. He was rude, disrespectful, and was a complete waste of my time. He didn’t listen to my concerns. Staff at CHECKOUT was very RUDE, Lazy & was NOT Knowledgeable!!!
They were able to get me in fast without an appointment.! Very nice and friendly. Made the experience great.
When I have a minor illness, I truly trust the doctors and staff at this CareNow! Always prompt, courteous and thorough. I give them 5 stars!!
