They were really nice. Took care of me. The only downside is the cost. But that's what you get when your regular doctor is double booked and your company clinic had 8 waiting in line so there was no hope of me getting in anywhere else. In and out in 1 hour. Good experience. Just wish it wouldn't cost so much.
One receptionist was very unfriendly ( black woman) more like rude.. every one else was very nice and friendly..
Rude, Rude, Rude....is the most polite way I can use to describe my experience. I was given the WORST customer service over the phone by Michelle and Kia (if that was even their real names). These ladies clearly have not been skilled in how to properly handle patients and have the worst attitudes I have ever seen. When I ask to speak with a supervisor, of course, magically none was available and when I got in the office they must have caught a severe case of amnesia cause they clearly didn't understand why I was so angry. The PA was very nice. Nurse too. Front office staff were a bit obnoxious & talking nonstop with each other. Not professional. My son was there for foot injury and it was indeed fractured. Care Now is a good place for urgent care needs!
Always helpful and cheerful staff. Web check in is the best thing since sliced bread!
The staff was wonderful and very detailed and professional from the receptionist to the medical staff! I was in and out!
