Very slow only one person doing drug testing, I think this woman went to lunch when me and a other guy walk in , didnt call him back for 45 mins then after he walk out 15 mins later she me back , very an happy with this place ,
I called tonight at 6pm to see if I was safe to return to work on Tuesday. I left a voice mail for the nurse to call me back....I was told I would get a call back BEFORE everyone went home when I called back at 7:15pm.....here it is 10:30pm Monday night and still no call back!!! Guess I loose a day's pay now for Tuesday. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service I have received from the Bedford-Euless Clinic. I wish there was a complaint number I could call and a way to be reimbursed for a days lost pay from this clinic. Y'all... read more
I usually like this place for urgent care, but yesterday when I visited for a diagnosis I have received many times, I was prescribed meds that are not the best for this condition. I will probably have to return for a follow up visit in order to get the correct meds. :(
Short wait times and did a wonderful job with my three year old.
Dr. Keeble was thorough, patient and informative. The whole staff was courteous and web check-in was easy.
