Very pleasant staff and very patient doctor. Clean facility.
Great on weekends. And when your Doctors can’t get you in for two to four days. Doctors are smart helpful. They’ll call make sure you’re ok.
Lies about wait time. 45 minutes has grown to nearly 3 hours and we are still waiting. This is after an online web check in. That used to take precedence, but not anymore. We finally came up here to find out what happened. They gladly took my copay first-this has never happened. I was told they got slammed. There are three people in the waiting room. Whoever answers the phones there needs to drop the nasty attitude. I would rather have my leg cut off without anesthesia then have to deal with the incompetent people who work here!!!!!!
Overall nice people and they are proficient at their jobs!
I waited two hours at home and have been waiting another two hour at the facility. I have to breath thro my mouth, I ask for something to help me to breath normally and they give me nothing yet. It took less than 15 minutes for the Doctor to check on me, funny because the first thing the front desk said: “we care about our patients we don’t expend only 15 minutes with them, that it is why you have to wait that long, for the doctor to see you.” ���� I am still waiting for someone to let me know what I have.
