People, do the web check in!!! I was in and out in less that thirty minutes. They were great. Took care of my needs.
I've had some crazy stuff going on with my body lately and I've been to this clinic 3 times in the last 6 days and once a few months ago. Every single time I've been there, every receptionist, nurse, and doctor has been excellent! They have all made me feel like they truly care! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs medical care!
The wait time was longer but because of some emergencies. The wait to check out can get long when the person is doing other things and should put patients who need to check out first - I was the second person annoyed with that. Nurse seemed a little cold. Doctor was really great, tho
I needed urgent care for my almost 4 month old infant at the request of an after-hours pediatrician call. I called ahead to find out if they took infants, and the young man answering on the phone bent over backward to help me. They told me not to worry about the online check-in because it wasnt too busy. They got me in and back home within 2 hours. All staff that we dealt with were very sweet with my daughter and very helpful. This isnt the first time this location has been great to me but just the most recent.

First time using this facility was in pain and didn't want to visit emergency room. I was in and out in less than 2 hours considering all that was done - bloodwork, urine test, x-rays I'm very impressed. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Day later feeling so much better.
It wasn't too bad yesterday, but it took about 3 hours. I got 2 medications, they forgot my inhaler refill (diagnosed with Bronchitis), told if I'm not feeling better to come back. Not feeling better. Called for the wait time and it was 2 hours and I was told to sign in online. I was called about half an hour later and told it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours, plus another co-pay...not very happy. Going to the Emergency clinic across the street.
