RecommendedDr. Tony Keeble was very friendly and personable..
We have been going to this location for the past 6 years and we have had superb service from staff and the Doctors. The Doctors have a wonderful bedside manner. We have often had to take our daughter to CareNow because her Pediatrician or Pediatrician's staff have dropped the ball and have made it increasingly impossible to get into our daughter's Pediatrician's office. I now rely on CareNow as our first call instead of her Pediatrician.
A+ job by everyone. The entire staff was,and always has been polite and professional. Honestly, they could not be any better.
Did a web check in they called me told me it’s a 40-hr wait time and they’ll call me when room is availableso I was about to eat than they called me not even a minute later and said come i came in filled out paper had me wait for40min I was ok with than I started feeling low blood sugar I told the front desk about it and they said they would expedite me so they go me in room took awhile I told nurse the same thing they said they would expedite than 30 min go buy I finally had it I told them it’s an emergency and I’m not gonn... read more
Worst experience ever. Dr. Keeble is extremely unprofessional.
The Grapevine-Euless location has always been great for our family, especially after hours and weekends! Tonight was no exception. I witnessed a patient being over the top rude to reception and not only did they keep their composure but continued to serve the 10+ flu patients 15 minutes before closing! 5 stars all the way.
Every person that I dealt with were the utmost professional. I'm very happy with my experience here. Even with a crowded waiting room the wait was very short and in and out in two hours. So glad I chose Care now instead of ER. Great nurses and doctors!! Will go back for urgent Care from now on.
You don't have to wait long they get you in ruggr away and every doctor that I had where awesome..Thank you
