It's sad to see so many bad reviews. Took my son in last night around 6:00 for flu symptoms. Receptionists we're very nice from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out, despite having a lobby full of people. The coffee/tea bar had 3 kinds of coffee, varieties of creamer, and 8 kinds of tea! Awesome idea. The nurse and doctor were very nice, helpful and seemed like the genuinely cared about their jobs.
I am very disappointed with the service. We registered online, we went after they called. I informed reception we had been called to come in from registering online and filled out the forms. We sat there about an hour with a sick 4 year old. Then I got a call on my cellphone from the nurse to tell me they called me over an hour ago and wanted to know if we still wanted to be seen. I informed her we had been there in their lobby for an hour. They checked my son and gave us a prescription but they did not fill it out properly.... read more
