RecommendedMy wait was not long.The treatment I received and the information I was given was excellent. The doctor and staff exceeded my expectations. An excellent experience, all the way around.
This is the worst experience I’ve been through. Nurse Practitioner Chyna Blair is very rude. She treats patients as if we are dumb and looks down ion us. . Does not dismiss patient very unprofessional. Would not speak to me when I asked to speak to her in regards to my diagnosis. I was made to leave the office and told to call the office manager. My first time there and the staff were real friendly. They were fast and efficient. Made you feel right at home. The doctor was nice and friendly and well knowledgeable. Felt like you were talking to a friend. Can’t go wrong coming to this Urgent Care. Will be using this facility from now on when in town. :))
I am always impressed by the labs and complete blood work up that they do right there while you wait. My doctor has to call me back with the results of my lab. Not at care now. You get diagnose right away. . . With web check in I don’t have to wait long either. I am In and out in one hour. I love it
I saw a nurse practitioner on my visit the Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2019. I was having stomach problems, feeling fatigued, and having trouble staying awake. The N.P. didn’t seem to be paying attention to what I was saying my symptoms were and how long the symptoms had been bothering me. She just missed the boat. A five year old could have paid better attention to me than she did. I left there totally disappointed with the service.
