I just left this clinic and I had a great experience. Dr Tracy Kuschel was amazing! She even called me after I left the clinic because she was reviewing my file and said that she was really concerned with getting me better and was going to escribe me some medication. Thank you to all the staff members for making this process easy. No one likes going to the doctor, but I actually left here with a smile! 😊

Was signed into a clinic but had a 4 hour wait. They asked another clinic across town to call me and offer for me to go there. I accepted and they got me in immediately. I was very impressed with the customer service I received!
Wait time was long but would've been the same as ER. Biggest issue is after Dr seen me she said they don't normally see patients for what I went in for (sciatic nerve) they only do colds and "normal" stuff like that. Could've told me that before I handed over my $45 co-pay but they were quick to take that. If you ain't coughing or sneezing go elsewhere. I really appreciate the on line check in . I wait comfortably at home and then they had a nice front desk lady to call and head over !
Doctor walked & with a diagnosis before she talked to Clay. He went in with a cough & she didn’t even listen to his lungs. Just referred him to have a sleep apnea test. Was charged $150 & received no results.
The wait is horrible at this location and the ladies at the front desk are so unprofessional.
