Been here for almost over an hour. Still haven’t been seen, they blame it on shift change. The ladies at the front desk aren’t helpful at all and took forever with my paper work. Definitely don’t recommend coming to this one. Won’t be back for future treatment.

I did web check-in. I got in to see Nurse Practitioner quickly. I was impressed with her. She got me the medications I needed. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This is much better than waiting in an Emergency Room.
Been here 1 hour and 22 minutes in the lobby and still not been called. Care Now is for sure not now. Never ever had to wait more than 30 minutes. Will not come here again and sure don't recommend to anyone. The girls up front seem to have attitudes with phones and people coming in. If you need to get medical care, go somewhere else. Too many to pick I just choose the wrong one.

Very rude and unprofessional, my mother was very ill. After going to the hospital’s emergency room we found out she was severely dehydrated. The people behind the counter were rude and dismissive. The nurse practitioner was very very rude and didn’t even check her vitals or anything. The nurse practitioner just recommended we go to the er because basically she didn’t want to do anything. Very unprofessional and rude
How DARE you treat my daughter with disrespect and condescending attitude as you did at her office visit today. She was hateful, condescending and told her 100 is not fever, has to be higher shes not sick. She had pneumonia and almost died few yrs ago. When she gets bronchitis and runs fever for two weeks and has already had two other prescriptions for antibiotics, for you to say she’s not sick is the most incompetent asinine thing I have ever seen. I web checked in over an hour ago. I called to follow-up the lady lied and said the phone number wasn’t working. The same Phone from which I was calling from. She had the nastiest attitude. Rude and condescending if this is how I will be treated upon arrival I would rather be sick in my bed. I’m not paying for someone to treat me like an animal. She’s disgusting and they need to learn patient care. Rude rude rude. Disgusting treatment
