crazy long wait for lab work. Minimal staff. Doesn't maintain current cleaning or staffing practices.

RecommendedIf I could post a “0” I would. Takes FOREVER to be seen and the staff are VERY inattentive. When I finally saw the doctor, after over a 2 hour wait, she thought my very obvious blood clot was a back sprain and prescribed exercises. Also, two nurses came in-one asking me for a urine sample (I wasn’t there for anything related to that). The other walked in, looked around, and said “whoops wrong room.” Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. Waste of time. You will pay to be “seen” and they won’t have a clue what is wrong. Being away from out of town.... your already a little nervous about the care you will receive from a dr out of town.. in this case it was an emergency...i can honestly say i received the best care at this facility once i walked in i was treated with the best care from their Awesome Staff.... I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes after checking in online almost 3 hours ago. This is nuts. I’m pretty sure I’ve never left a bad review on Facebook. Today is the day.
Had to wait over 3 hours for a drug test that takes the max 15 minutes

I've been going here for once a week BC of my concussion. On my 1st visit Dr. Schmidt sent me to work with restrictions. Dr. Lazarow did the same in week 2. Dr. Shannon is a great doctor & wouldn't allow me to go to work for obvious safety reasons. Today I got discharged to return to work by Dr. Lazarow even though I told her that I still feel so terrible with my headaches, nausea, & my hands, arms, feet, & head tingling.
