The Carrollton one I've only been to twice and I had the same doctor! I loved my doctor I had the last time I was there and when I passed by him and saw him on the way to my room I requested for him cause he was so nice and sweet and felt like he genuinely cared about my health! This place is extremly slow. From the time I made my appointment to when I was actually able to go home was a total of four hours!!
Dr. Ruiz is the best. Wish She was my PCP. She was attentive and thorough in her treatment. Was here past close, but she didn't ACT as if it was past 10. Extremely courteous and sympathetic.
Wait times are ridiculous. The Web check-in is nice, but you still have a 45 minute wait in the examination room.
2 hours later still waiting........................
This is the second time that I have used this urgent care both for cold like symptoms that needed antibiotics. I was hesitant to go being that today is a holiday (New Years day) but decided to go ahead and sign in through the web check in. It was simply since I had utilized them before so all of my insurance info was already on the account. I received a call shortly after 0800 (their sated opening hours) and was told to head on over. Love the concept of having web check-in, but absolutely dislike the fact that the staff here is not friendly whatsoever. They misinformed me of my coverage and when I tried to dispute it after contacting my insurance, they decided to treat me poorly upon my arrival. Slammed my clipboard, asked if I'm the one who "was complaining on the phone," and didn't even bother handing me my ID back -- simply tossing it across the counter.
