Staff is awful. The office staff is rude and has no idea what they're doing. Nurses are rude! Will be going to a different urgent care in the future!

Most of the experience was guys. The Dr Kia Ousley is awesome!!! The nurse had no emotion or feeling kinda robotish however she got her job done. We did the online check-in and received a call letting us know the cost ahead of time... That was good. The call yelling us they were ready for us well....... The caller from Carenow got the point across except so rudely! We almost said forget it! They need to work on phone etiquette! I had a cold or bad allergies so I made an online appointment. They called me to come in within 2 hours of registering. Thank goodness I didn't sit in the waiting room all that time. Saw the Doc, right away. Took chest X-rays - no pneumonia. Had bronchitis. Would not prescribe a Z-pack which is what my PCP always prescribes for my respiratory ailments. (PCP's office was closed for the week between Christmas and New Years) Prescribed a general antibiotic, the same antibiotic our Vet prescribes for our dogs. Then he prescribed... read more
Staff was very nice! Dr Ruiz was great and took her time with me even though it was past closing time. Wait time was a little long, but that's to be expected on a weekend night anywhere really.
