This is the second I've been since 2015. Both times I have received the best care. The wait times on both visits were very good! I was still filling out the paperwork when called back both times. I waited about the same time I would wait on my Dr. Office.
Horrible service!!! I came in to complain about pain I still had in my back and leg. Doctor Vincent Paul ignored everything I told him was going on. The old saying you are just a number in the medical field applies here at this office.If you truly care for your wellbeing do not come here.
I went to CareNow on July 12th because I injured my right hand. Everything from the web check-in, front desk staff (Victoria), the nurse (Susan), and Dr. Vincent Paul was outstanding! I received a call about my web check-in within 1-2 minutes. I love that I don't have to wait hours at the clinic if I use this feature. Although I didn't have the referral Victoria needed and it was after-hours, Victoria did everything she could to make sure I didn't leave without getting the care I needed. I am visiting my sister, when all of the sudden I start to have an allergic reaction to a medication I took, we arrived at the clinic and was IMMEDIATELY taken care of!! Amazing staff and Dr! I have also received 2 follow up calls to check up on me!!! Wonderful clinic!!!
Love that you check in on web. Tell them how Ling it will take you to arrive. Then they call you when room is ready giving you time to arrive. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Did online check in, they called and said the room was ready, we got here...checked in, and I have now been waiting over hour. What is the point in online check in if your still waiting over an hour to be seen? They should call this place "Care Never." They had to call EMS for another patient, I get its an emergency but you cannot ignore the rest of your patients...we are all still here and need medical attention too.
Only dissapointment was they had no fluid. If i knew they do not give fluid i might have went to different clinic.
