Awful customer service! The front desk never answers their phone. If you need hardcopies of your test results, you need to go there in person, even if you are highly contagious or deathly ill, because they claim “they cannot email it to you even if you are the patient”. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

Spent 45 minutes entering our information on line for covid test. They called to tell us to come in now, then called 10 minutes later because they do not test anyone on Medicare!
RecommendedThey were extremely nice and efficient. Quality staff and doctors.

Not too happy with this location. My son came in for testing for Covid came back and he was positive has been on quarantine now 14 days. His job wants him to get a retest. I have been trying and trying to get in. I drove up there and the lady said for me to go online at 9 and get appt for tomorrow. Here I am doing it and I can’t get in. When you call no one answers or they pick up and don’t say anything. We need help to get retested. This is what it says.

I had an extremely difficult time getting into this location. I did a web checkin and had to keep calling the office to remind them to update me on when I could go in twice. It took over 4 hours and I had to beg the front desk staff to see me same day as they were rescheduling people for the next day. When the doctor came in, he didn’t listen to my symptoms and kind of just blew me off saying it’s “only allergies”. It made me feel not acknowledged and as if he was implying I wasn’t sick.
