The lady on the phone was very rude , abrasive and short. Whilst they have a job to do - there is no harm operating with kindness and compassion & A LISTENING EAR

horrendous equipment ,awful service they just dont get the meaning of caring i could list a multitude of avoidable problems but the truth is they are not worth effort, just avoid at all costs

We were only with Carium for a few weeks before mum's condition deteriorated and she moved into nursing home. In those few weeks we were really impressed with the proactive service. We had been with a different provider for about 5 years, and the difference between the two was huge. Carium were responsive, caring and proactive, and really made us feel confident in the service. Taking monthly direct debits for several.months , even though I'm not set up for this service yet . Phoned and told them to cancel my order , and refund my money , which they said they would . Now see on my bank statement they've taken even more money . Been to the bank to cancel my DD , no doubt I'll have to fight for my money to be refunded .
