I wish I could give it less than one star, I am a young minor, i had a terrible experience, I was in spinal cord unit and had a nurse/nurse technician she spoke rudely about other patients to the other nurse in the room, she acted like a was an annoyance when I was in a tragic car accident that left me unable to take care of myself, she also said to the other nurse about how she ignored another patients call because " he never needs anything important" right in front of me acting as if I weren't there, I also would press ... read more
Bad bad nursing staff. The nurse techs are nasty and lazy. Majority of them don’t do their jobs and avoid work as much as possible. I’ve been at cardinal hill for 3 months and I must say I will never stay there alone or leave a love one there without family there at all times. They don’t care. They don’t give showers when they are due, they half clean you up, they dress you without checking to see if you are dirty or dry. You constantly have to baby sit the staff there.
