In a nutshell: I wholeheartedly recommend. Andy and co are knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Communication with Andy was very straightforward throughout, and everything from costs to the building process was clear from the get-go. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend or reuse this company for any roofing work. Andy, Matt and the whole team were responsive, courteous, honest, tidy and diligent when sorting out our chimney, which they completed in a timely fashion in unexpectedly fairly stormy conditions. Andy and the Team came and carried out a complete chimney refurb on our Victorian house along with a garage roof replacement. Unusually for us they weren’t a recommendation from someone we know, but the 5* google reviews sold it to us. Our second time using Cardiff and Vale after they reduced the height of our chimney and fixed some small issues. This time, a full roof replacement with the addition of some velux windows. The team were incredible, working in some very hot conditions to get the job done. They communicated excellently, keeping me up to date with progress and and issues that arose as the work progressed, ensuring they gave me a range of options to fix these. Can't speak too highly of Andy and his team for their work in replacing 12 Velux windows, and renewing ridges and slates. Courteous and friendly service, and everything left neat and tidy afterwards. Recommended.
