I bought a carcoon 12 months ago...I'm after a replacement carbon filter...supply issues apparently. Nothing seems to be in the pipeline...disappointed. It works fine...but if I can't get hold of new carbon filters , I might as well kiss goodbye to what I thought was a good product...shame.

I have two Carcoon products and they work very well. However my garage flooded recently and damaged one of the transformer / charger units. I ordered a new one in October 2023 and was advised, via email, that they wouldn't take the money until the transformer was dispatched....I didn't hear anything. I sent two emails with no reply. I then phoned and the lady said that they were having supply issues and any transformer would fit! It's now the end of January and I haven't heard anything 👎🏻
