We may have opened our first eatery in 1954, but the Carbone family story goes back more than 80 years. Alfonso and Antoinette Carbone came to America in the 1920s and soon opened up a small Italian grocery on the east side of Saint Paul, Minnesota. I love Carbone's! Love the pizza, love the antipasto salad, the cheesy breads are yummy. The staff are always friendly when I go, the service is good. I go there as often as I can.

Seriously they dont pay enough to hire someone that can do simple addition.
Carbone's Pizza is the best. Every time I comeback from Colorado, this is one of our first stops.

I had the BBQ chicken pizza fries, and they great. To me Carbone's is the best pizza in town. Always go the "Original Carbone's on 7th St. In Saint Paul. Service is always fantastic.

Food was great! Service truly stinks. I have gone here for 40 years since a kid and NEVER had service like we did.
The food and service are usually pretty good. Last night we tried the BBQ chicken pizza. It's an abomination to what is supposed to be pizza.
