We may have opened our first eatery in 1954, but the Carbone family story goes back more than 80 years. Alfonso and Antoinette Carbone came to America in the 1920s and soon opened up a small Italian grocery on the east side of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Best pizza ever. The sausage is amazing. My dad went there when they first opened and then he got me hooked. No other pizza comes close.
