We may have opened our first eatery in 1954, but the Carbone family story goes back more than 80 years. Alfonso and Antoinette Carbone came to America in the 1920s and soon opened up a small Italian grocery on the east side of Saint Paul, Minnesota. I dont know what happened but ordered a couple different things and both my girlfriend and I got violently sick afterwards and we ate different items. Bad batch of sauce? Be careful!

Me and my family came there with our 2 children and the staff there was really nice to us and even answered all my daughters questions and by the way she asks a lot of questions.
Literally my favorite pizza in the twin cities. You cannot go wrong. Now get in my belly!
We are from out of town. We travel across the nation, a lot, and have tried many pizza places. Carbone’s is some of the best. We ordered from the Cottage Grove location. The service was top notch and the food delicious! We will order from here again.
