I phoned the Exeter branch of this company today to discuss some static caravans that were advertised for sale at their Exeter branch. I spoke to a man called Gary who was extremely rude - the vans were already sold and the website had not been updated which is handy my fault! I asked if they do part exchanges as I have a 2015 ABI beachcomber which I want to upgrade and he said 'no- not with private people only sites' and put the phone down on me!
We rang the Exeter branch and I spoke to a male salesperson explaining what we were looking for. He booked us in for a viewing and promised to send videos of ones that matched our specifications. Despite chasing this the videos never arrived. Had they done so we may have cancelled the visit. Reason being that when we made the 2 hour journey up we discovered that there weren’t any caravans that met our specifications. We were dealt with on the day by a different female salesperson. Very poor service, we purchased a new caravan and had problems from the start, the initial delivery was arranged (very last minute) for when the caravan park was closed for the evening and I had a stressful couple of days trying to get it changed. We had a number of problems / snaggs which we reported ( CO2 monitor not working, drainpipe from shower not sealed correctly, broken gutter brackets, dent in fridge freezer, bedroom door didn't close and dent on outside of the caravan.
