We bought a caravan from Neil last year and just wanted to say what a great experience it’s been. We have had tons of questions to do with caravanning since then and Neil is EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and patient - always returning our calls and offering us humorous advice no matter how stupid the questions (and some of them were were really stupid). Neil could have made a lot more money out of us by capitalising on our naïveté but he never has. We tried to buy an air awning off him last week and he basically talked us out of us ... read more
Caravans North are a brilliant company. We bought a caravan this April (24) from Neil. The customer service is fantastic and Neil even talked us through putting the awning up over facetime! Neil is always happy to help and we love our new caravan. I would really recommend Caravans North!!
