Watch what you are charged if you buy in the accessory shop, twice I've gone to buy something and the ticket price is lower than the till price because they have upped the price of things and haven't changed the price of older stock. First time was a couple of years ago on a camp kitchen with a price difference of £10 and today on a tin of BBQ cleaner, only £1 difference but that's not the point and they wouldn't honour the lower price and it was clearly older stock because of the dust on the lid. Having dealt with Caravan Tech twice when Bailey failed to even identify the part that I needed, on both occasions they came through. Not only giving great advice and identifying the exact parts needed, they supplied them in super fast time and at a better price than the manufacturer! Great job. I will certainly be using them for my future caravan needs.
