Really wish I had looked at the reviews before I washed my car here… truly the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. I paid £40 for a full inside and outside wash plus polish etc, I returned a couple of hours later to find bird faeces still all over my bumper and windows, most of the wheels were still black also. The windscreens were smudged and covered in dirt and debris (there were literal leaves and sticks!). Upgraded the service without asking. When I returned I was charged £25 instead of £15 (for exterior only), I disputed this and the attendant said it was my fault for leaving too quickly even though we had a full discussion beforehand. We settled on £20, yet he still insisted it was my fault. I visit Bromley quite frequently but today was the first time I used the car wash. Obviously I won’t be returning, and I suggest others avoid it as well.
First time was good so I came back this week and it was a great disappointment! The interior looks like it hasn't been vaccumed at all,
