I I would advise anyone wanting to buy a car this, whilst any dealer can assure you the car is fine they can only go on based on what they have seen and assessed themselves. They don’t take the cars out on long journeys so therefore some issues may not show until then. I would therefore suggest before purchasing checking the car’s history online or through the service history papers and questioning anything you want to raise. Be careful buying a car from here. Bought a 2014 VW golf from them and turns out needed a new clutch master cylinder fitting after 3 days of having the car. Realised that after driving it for longer that 15 minutes the clutch pedal seized up which was dangerous to the driver and passengers. Shows they clearly didn’t test drive the car themselves before selling it. Was given a 6 month warranty at their cost but was still charged £120 to get it fixed (“diagnostic cost” which was not included on the invoice) and the only soluti... read more
