We had an experience at Enterprise Manchester Airport Village and honestly it left a bad impression. The Manager we dealt with she was very unprofessional when all that was needed was a bit of patience and understanding. Instead of calming the situation, she made things worse. On the other hand, when we later spoke to the Assistant Manager, Zack, he was the complete opposite – polite, helpful, and guided us properly. That’s how customer service should be handled.
