STAY AWAY PEOPLE, THIS COMPANY ARE FRAUDSTERS. They take your car in part exchange then don't settle the fiance leaving you with the finance company chasing you for pay, etc. They then refuse to give you the car back, leaving you no option but to report it stolen, as it is no longer where you left it.
I don't believe that they are still trading, or if they are, certainly not from the same location. That is because they are fraudulent in most of what they do, they take cars in part exchange that are still on finance, then don't pay it off, so be careful if you buy from them, make sure you get the car checked to make sure it is HPI clear. Then they sell cars newly MOT'd that are not roadworthy, sometimes even dangerous to be on the road. This company is fraudulent to the point that THEY DO NOT PAY OF YOUR OUTSTANDING FINANCE WHEN YOU PART EXCHANGE WITH THEM. I KNOW PEOPLE WHO ARE BEING CHASED BY THE ORIGINAL CAR FINANCE COMPANY FOR PAYMENT ALTHOUGH CARQUEST claim to have paid this yet they will show no evidence of this. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL BE CHANGING THEIR LOCATION AND NAME AGAIN VERY SOON TO AVOID THERE OUTSTANDING DEBTS
I bought a car on finance in December 2024, and I exchanged my old car. The car they sold me came with a new MOT but the car had many faults, I tried to take the car back as per “The Consumer Contracts Regulations” but they refused. We are now nearly 3 months on, and the car they sold me is being taken back by the new finance company as it is not fit for purpose, it would not pass a MOT.
