Sold me a broken 61 plate Audi A3, denied that it was damaged, and then dragged out the process of me getting a refund through my credit card company as long as they could. After over 6 months of dealing with this company I can confidently say that I haven’t come across a worse car dealership anywhere. But Natwest did give me back every penny that I spent, so at least there was a silver lining! Don’t buy from this company. If for some reason you do, use a credit card.
AVOID! AVOID buying from here. They sell faulty cars and the customer service is awful too. Nothing but problems! Make out they’re going you a favour but just care about making money! Car was delivered and the advert said that it had 2 keys with the vehicle, but after delivery was made found there was only 1 key. After initial contact to ask for the key and numerous photos of the details so they could locate the key all went quiet. They did say they would cover the cost of the replacement ( £300.00) as it was a keyless entry fob, but no joy since I had ford supply the second key. Awful experience have tried multiply times to make contact regarding the issues I’ve had with the car I have purchased not only have I not got a V5 which they said they’d sent they haven’t and now I’ve got to sort that myself but I’ve also had to pay for a new battery and also have a water pump that needs replacing which I do not have the money to do and should be covered by these but they choose to ignore any communication or want to help with the issues that should not of been there in the first place.The car cost abit of ... read more
