Been trying to contact this company over the past couple weeks to arrange a hire car, I picked this company because of the feedback they have had but they don’t seem bothered about replying or getting back to you, so not very professional and will be going else where

Harry was extremely accommodating, even late in an evening when nowhere else was open. He readily had a car available that was clean, efficient and fit for purpose. Harry also made it possible for me to extend my hire by another week as my car wasn’t ready.

The background is that my own car broke down and needed safety critical repairs on 23rd December, 2023, just before Christmas. No chance of getting that kind of repair quickly. Needing a car at short notice to go to Bedford for Christmas where my eIderley parents live, I called MM Car Hire after getting no where at all with Enterprise or any other car rental company in Nottingham. Service was solid, new business trying to be the best it can. Car stock is aging but functional and lacks the cleaning / delivery options of the bigger firms, but as a result, lacks the price tag. Overall I think the team did a good job and I will keep their number for future use. The personal service was just what I needed at the time so was appreciated.
