If we could give zero stars we honestly would. We decided to come for a short Easter break to St Ives Cornwall by train. We decided to hire a car and having done some pre research we decided to go with this company for a car hire on the basis of their good google reviews but we must say how shocked we were. Alan and Callum are great! This is just the kind of service you expect in small places like this. Warm welcome, nice and smooth pickup on my location, explained everything in detail, top-notch! Because it was only one day, Alan said that I did not even need to refill the tank. The return was also great. I tried to pay for the fuel, cause I drove like 200 miles, but Callum didn't want to hear. We've just visited Cornwall for 4 days and used Car Hire Cornwall. From the first email query I sent, right through to dropping the car off I can give them top marks. Great customer service from Alan and team and much better value than any other company we looked at.
